Also we have no idea if “them speeds” are ok because we dont know what kind of speeds youre paying for.

Speedtest sites like that are very innacurate.
You are better downloading a large file such as Ubuntu .ISO from a fast server, and seeing what speed you get (you don’t have to download the entire file, just wait until the speed stabilises, then you can stop it.
