Installing iPhone Applications

So I tried downloading Angry Birds from the Mobile section and I put the application into my iTunes and attempted to sync the game into my iPhone but it failed to sync. I was wondering if I NEED to have my iPhone cracked or not in order to install the app.
Extra information: My phone is an iPhone 3GS

yes, your iphone has to be jailbroken to be able to use cracked applications OR ones dled from this site

In order to SYNC cracked apps you MUST jailbreak your iPhone and install proper version of AppSync!
