Installing games onto my jailbroken iphone?

Hi all. Just got an iphone and have jailbreak’d it. I have downloaded a game from here but I can’t find a tutorial on how to put it onto my iphone and install it? Can anyone lend a hand? Thanks alot.

did you make sure you installed “appsync” from the cydia store
go to cydia-manage-souces-edit-add then add http://cydia.hackulo.us
after thats installed youll be able to hook your iphone to the pc/mac click/drag the game (ipa file) to itunes thn sync
WANT A EASIER WAY?
install appsync…then search for “installous” on the cydia installous lets your download games and install them on your phone w/o hooking to a computer…you wont need itunes at all
