what do i have to do when i want it to visit my free hosting when i go to my website?

is it something with the nameserver?

if you want to know the name server you have to ask for you hoster, but it’s generally ns1.*website*.*com or what ever*

Have you tried to fill in the hostname and then URL redirect / URL frame already?
