HP DC7800 OR Dell Optiplex 755

I wanna know that Dell Optiplex 755 OR HP DC7800 which one is better and can i upgrade PSU and also the processor to Core 2 Duo E8400 or INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 2.4GHZ (4MB-1066 BUS)
I have a 755 at work and can tell you it’s far from standard, you can’t very easily upgrade parts from it, unless you buy DELL parts. I wouldn’t recommend one like that if you want to updrage it manually. Best to build your own from scratch. Then you always know you can upgrade anything you want.
:O so i cant upgrade PSU and CPU easily that sucks thanks
