How to use proxy
August 7th, 2016http://www.samair.ru/proxy/time-01.htm , but i can’t find any that works. I didn’t made any change in the programe, and i don’t know if i’m using it well, or if it os the proxy’s that are down… can someone make me a mini-manual how to use a proxy? i don’t care the programe they use

I never had much luck with that program, either and gave up on it years ago. The most recent I’ve used is Hide IP Platinum. Have a look through some of these:

You could also just manually add a working proxy to your network settings.
