How to compress 4.7gb into 4.4gb?

I have recently downloaded a game which is 4.7gb and is in winrar format but my DVD has 4.38gb of space, so i need some tips on how to compress it enough that it will fit in my DVD. Is it possible to use win zip and zip the winrar file then turn it into a iso using magic iso?

you could use the high compression mode in winrar

ya that would be a good idea but its already in winrar format and i dont know if i can compress it again with winrar and how do i know if its already not compressed in high mode?

You can unrar it and rar it again.
