Help with random errors and Microsoft update error

As the title states, I’m getting some random errors (don’t happen too often) but the biggest thing is that I’m getting errors during the Windows update. I’ve tried with both untouched ISOs of Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Ultimate using extreme loader. I tested the Ram with memtest89 two pass twice and I have a ssd by Kingston which I used there tool and Crystal Disk to see if the drive was bad. They both reported 100% health. Does anyone have some kinda idea what it could be? Trying to set this up for XBMC and nothing else. Thanks for everyone’s time!
