Help running PS CS4 Portable

I am able to run portable Illustrator, but when I try to run any CS4 Portable it starts to load but then nothing. It doesn’t show up in task.
By the way I’m running a vista light with no other problems.
Any advice on hoe to fix this would be much appreciated.

Download a different version of Photoshop, there are many portable uploads here that don�t work at all. Most of these portables were not created buy the poster but just ripped off from another site, so the poster has no idea if it works or not. Not to mention there are still some problems with Vista & older thinstalls.
