!HELP! Game Install dll Issue

Hi installed Burnout Paradise im using Windows 7 evrything was fine installing but when i try play the game get the message below any ideas thanks in advance….

Install this:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/DirectX-9.0c-Redistributable.shtml
Do note that the installation isn’t automated,After running you’ll be prompted for a folder
to extract it to,After doing that you’ll have to get into it and run dxsetup.exe.

Arrrrhhhhhhhh tried to install that but just getting this message now…….

Try running it as admin,Right click DXSETUP and click on “Run As Administrator”
