Android App/Game won’t install !

I downloaded a few versions of Game Dev Story but everytime my phone can’t open the file.. the free version of gds worked perfectly but the full version don’t even want to install.
The error I get is :
java.util.zip.ZipException: expected 157 more entries in the Central Directory.
What do I have to do ?
