HDD Problem

Hey guys
Today I did a test to my HDD and the results was Action Needed that a SMART Check was needed and Fragmentation needed, but the Disk Defragmenter I ran it yesterday on my laptop. I have a HP G72 120SD Here are the Specs:
Intel Core i3 330M
4GB RAM
284GB HDD and I have 2 partitions created by HP
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Can you help me out solve this problem.

Check it with HD Sentinel!

the Disk Defragmenter I ran it yesterday
and if finished no problem ?

S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology)
use “Hard Disk Sentinel” for this
what exactly started this, you get an error ?

Also, what Disk defragmenter did you use ?
IMHO – Diskeeper is the best.

disk defregmenter that came with microsoft windows, Thanks Guys the problem was solved by chkdsk. Thanks for your help I appriciate it. Thanks a lot guys
