GTA 4 with Ati 5770 problem

I just installed GTA 4 on Powercolor 5770 . Problem is that game is runnig normaly for few seconds and then it jams and unjams then again normaly 5 seconds without jamming . I tested it on low setting and on high it’s same . Alsol I tested it on 9.11 and 9.12 driver for ATI . Used both Razors and Fiedor crack but it’same always . I think it’s because Windows 7 but I am not sure . Alsol my system specs you can see in my sig . Can you help me or do you have same problem ??
