Formating a tablet and gmail acount..

i have a question, my momys tablet needs format cause theres a lot of crashes with her apps, anyway, if i format her tablet.. her gmail account will be completely deleted? or after the format she can use it to log in again without have to register again? if possible i need a 100% sure cause its kinda important to not lose her account..

gmail is an online service, It has nothing to do with the user’s hardware or software of choice, So it’d remain intact!
As long as your mom remembers her username & password, It’s all good.

edit: yea it was kinda noob question i was just wondering because when u are about to delete all ur data from your smartdevice it says “ur account in google will be deleted” and blah blah… so i guess it was meaning that it would only be deleted from the phone memory..

You can log in from any device as long as google supported. Formatting does nothing to an online service. But you will lost stuff on the tablet if you dont back it up.
short answer… you and/or your mom can log in again once the tablet has been formatted. Like said. Better remember those id and pw. Or at lease remember the recovery question etc.

This largely depends on whether you know what you’re doing or not!
There’s a big difference between reinstalling/restoring an OS to deleting a Gmail/Google account!
