Facebook spams or scams ?

Since some days ago,
My facebook account share videos and comment on other posts AUTOMATICALLY
I think it’s spaming
plesae help disable this

either 1 of 2 things
1)somebody has your password etc and is doing this
or
2) you have a virus thats doing this.
id do a Virus scan and change my pass on a different computer.
Contact with Facebook Help center. May be your account using other person.
