Facebook ads
January 31st, 2020
recently i started an ad campaign in Facebook, the campaign finished successfully.. total for payment was around 10euro’s, but all i can see in my credit card transactions from Facebook is them charging me 0.76c..
Do they take the payments immediately or what happen? My funds are still there.
Anyone?
I’m guessing the limit you set is $10, for every person who sees your adv, they’ll deduct it by a certain amount till they reach $10
I could be wrong
^
Actually i set the limit to 40EUR, then when the campaign reached 10EUR i stopped the campaign..
My funds are still there, i’m confused.
I found this on their help page
What is the 'Daily Spend Limit' on the Account Billing Summary page?
The following answer is for the new campaign structure we're currently rolling out across our ad interfaces. See if your ad account has the new campaign structure and learn what to do if you don't have it yet here.
The daily spend limit is the maximum amount that Facebook will allow you to spend in one day, and not the amount you're actually spending. It is separate from the daily budget that you set for each of your ad sets. Our system will never charge you more than the total of the daily budgets you've set for your active ad sets.
The daily spend limit for your account is predetermined by our system when you open your account. Your daily spend limit will automatically increase as you make successful payments at each previous level. When your limit reaches $1500, you'll need to contact us to make any additional increases.
In some cases, we may be able to increase your daily spend limit more rapidly. If you'd like to request a spend limit increase, please fill out the Daily Spend Limit Increase Request Form.
