domain , hosting ..

hello , i have a question , i want to start a forum (only forum , no site), what i need ? i need domain , domain + hosting , or what i have to buy exactly (i want to buy exactly what i need , after that i will find someone to take care of the rest).And maybe you know a site with good prices who accept PayPal / MoneyBookers / VISA ? thanks

You’ll need a domain name first of all. I suggest getting that from either Godaddy.com or domainsite.com. Both have great domain services. Godaddy does offer the hosting too, but don’t bother with that, it’s not good at all!
