Does this uploader work for you?

Over the last few weeks I have successfully uploaded files but I have been limited to a maximum upload size of about 300MB, anything larger stops uploading and restarts from the beginning. This is despite the site saying that the maximum upload size is 400MB. So I split the files up and they uploaded.
Has anyone successfully uploaded a reasonable size file of around 175MB or anything of similar size to Netload recently?
The reason I ask is I have been getting more and more problems getting their upload programs (and I have tried both the exe install and the Java uploader) to finish an upload. Tiny files are fine but anything pretty big stops at 100% and never completes and the files do not appear in the files list.
I have tried on two different installs of Winblows XP SP2, one of which is a fairly new install which I had to install Java to run the Java based uploader and I have had the same result with both of them. I even made a new account on Netload hoping that that would make it complete the upload, thinking maybe there was a space limit as I have uploaded about 2.5GB in total.
I have spent a massive amount of time trying to get this useless site to complete an upload and nothing tonight, except for files of upto around 1MB, have completed.
The tiny files which I used to test, I have been unable to delete as it throws up an invalid file id whenever I try to delete them.
Has anyone else had similar problems?

Anyone tried uploading to this file host? I am sure some people have judging by the uploads in the Movie section.
