Do i need to format my new internal hard drive?

this is my first time tha i connect the hard drive with my pc i am the menu i nw7
Where do you want to install windows?
i select the new hard drive and i click next or press new (this button apperas only for the drive i have just connect)

If you want just one big partition, simply press next and start the install.

yes you do need to format your new harddrive to see it in window
or to install windows

If you have a large size hard drive; I would recommend making two partitions.
A primary partition (30 to 40 GB) for the OS, and an extended partition for everything else.
