custom gaming pc or ps4 – which is better / future proof option? cheaper games?

where would i start if a gaming pc is a better option
are the games cheaper? i.e. torrents would these games work on pc… so in the long run pc games could save me cash

If you want to play online, G2A is usually the option, keys revoked, just message those guys.
G2A shield does the trick.
I end up spending allot on my rig just to keep it somewhat up to date, it costs quite a bit.

but pc is easier for cracked games.right?
mainly want to play tje popular ps4 ports the likes of street fghter 5 etc
