Help regarding psp custom 5.5 gen3d and psx games

Hi
I have a psp with custom 5.5 gen3d, i know i can play psx games on my psp with that custom but the problem is that when i open the game the psp turns off shortly just before the game started.
Please anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it?

I have PSP. Does this happen with a Specific game or ALL the games?

If all PSP games aren’t running, Then your PSP must be reflashed I guess. You need to re-mod your PSP.
I would suggest you not to do this if you don’t know what you’re doing(as it might brick your PSP making it useless).
Take it to someone who knows how to do it.
There are tutorials explaining how to do it but hey! User Discretion is a factor!

Thanks for the help but i meant that all the psx games are not running ( The ps1 games that converted to work with psp ) and not the original psp games.
Still need to reflashed it?

well you can add always some plugins like i did with my psp ,its called popsloader

on this all games work !! but before starting a game you hold R and a window with firmwares shows up and you have to chose from them,
most games work on 3.71 or 3.72 after you chose the firmware for the game the next time you launch the game you dont need to do this again only first time playing a game
