Creating Ad Selling Website

Im looking for some sort of scripts or software to help me build my website.
What im planning to do is, create a website that lists some sort of events. to give you an example, they will contact me and request that they would like to have there event listed on the website for visitors to see and they would pay a certain price for it. or even have an ad space shown and the person can click it and buy it and upload there own banner.

Well if you want them to put there event on your website you can either do it for them for free or make them pay. In your situation you want them to pay you. They will have to make an add space at the size you want or the size they are paying for using html or what ever kind of file depending on what you want. Then you may charge them a small amount per month because your site is new. Once it becomes bigger after a few months you lift that price. And everytime it gets bigger you lift the price.
i would like to make a site where its all just ads.
it would cost the user more to have their ad placed on the front page then on the Listing Page.
also for a free cost to the user that pays to have their ad on the front page, it would also be placed on the listing page with a a small description with the event dates and times.
Any Idea guys?
