Copy windows installation to another drive? [SOLVED]

Hey everyone. I am in the middle of getting a new hard drive because my current one is clicking, so I assume it’s on it’s way out.
Now I have got my PC running perfect. No errors, driver problems or anything like that. Got the games installed what I play, configured right, everything.
I want to know if it’s possible I can backup the installation I’ve got into a file, then restore it all onto the new hard drive?
I hope I explained it enough

Yes it can be done no problem…
Hiren’s BootCD > Disk Clone Tools > Norton Ghost..Then Disk to Disk..
