Changing Nero 8 serial number – how? is it possible?

i have a working nero 8 with a working but blacklisted serial number. not interested in bloated nero 9.
how do you change the serial number to a valid serial?
if there is – i much appreciate it.

Try blocking it with a firewall. from “calling home” just after its installed
