Can’t change avatar?

Well since yesterday I’m trying to change my avatar..
Uploaded it on tinypic, directly from PC nothing works..
I also waited a few hours between them so it’s not that I did not have waited…
Bug or what should I do because now I’m here without avatar…

Direct from your PC doesn’t work for anybody.
