it says that the max pic size is 11kb..
i was wondering how i get a picture smaller then 11kb on google?
or is there a picture changer program or something?

You can use photoshop to resize pictures to decrease filesize.
Or put in google: “online image resizer”, that way you can resize images, that way you will reduce the filesize
