Can I create a shortcut key for some text?

August 5th, 2016

Is it possible to create a shortcut key such as ctrl+alt+e to type out my email instead of having to type it out all the time?
I know you can auto-fill in forms etc. But I’d love a shortcut command for doing stuff like this.
TIA!“`
