I am wanting to start a software company and a internet radio station. I am needing to know what kind of business license I will need to have. The software will be anything from games, to email cilents to billing software. The software will all be open source. The radio will be on the internet only and have talk shows, live music, ect. Can anyone tell me what kind of company/business I will need to do all of this.

I am meaning more like studio, production, ect. I am deffently going to be a LLC. But they need to know what kind of LLC. Thats what I am trying to find out.

Maybe talk to a lawyer? Or you can talk to the authorities if they have some information center about setting up a new business.
