Blackberry Storm Phone Problem

You know, when you use * <phone number> # for calling in Nokia, it’ll “Requesting…” then show an interactive dialogue box, and we could reply to send a command.
I don’t know why, every time I restart my phone, I can do this.
But after the network keep changing, when I dial (for example) *888#, then it call to that number, not requesting. Therefore, I got no but nothing except “Disconnected”.
I’m so stressed that I can’t check my credit balance.. Please help..
Really? I just bought mine today (9500) but it works fine with the *<>#. No prob at all.
hey guys I am having a problem with my 9500 to start the camera . Every time i am trying to open it , it says that i have to close other applications first and after start again . Iam doing this and still the camera is not working . BTW on the downcorner of the screen when opening the camera , before showing me the message that is not working , i noticed that the zoom is not 10 / 20 / 30 , but it shows that the zoom is at 1000 !!! What shall i do to make my camera work again ?
