ATI RADEON HD 6950 the best 3D program?

Hi guys.. I bought the ATI Radeon HD 6950, and now I need the best 3D program and of course free .. can you help me with this? Thanks in advance..

or
Cyberlink PowerDVD 11
Both handle 3D.
Search for them in Apps.
