Ashampoo Burning Studio Wont Start

Hi.I am wondering if someone could help me with Ashampoo Burning Studio 2010 v9.20.I just installed it on my pc and the program will not start.When I click on the burning studio icon,the little popup ashampoo window starts on my desktop then goes away in a second or two and thats it.The program never gets past that point.I am running windows 7, 64 bit ultimate on my pc.Hope someone can help.I really like the program for burning stuff.I think it the best one out there..Thanks……

Try installing a 64-bit compatible version of the program

I downloaded the 64 bit from x64bitdownload.com and i get the same thing happening in my first post.It worked ok for me when I had vista x64 on this pc.Oh well,guess I will have to try a differant burning program.Thanks though,it was worth a shot..
