Android Restore Installed Applications after restart phone

Is there any program, to restore Installed Applications after restart phone, like Deep Freeze on PC? I wanna testing some Android Applications.

Once you associate your gmail with the phone the android market should re install all programs you had.

I use Carbon Premium (they changed their name to Helium).
