ADROID APP for mob tracking

is there an app to track the person who is talking with you on mob.
i heard that there is somthing simmilar for I-phones.
i have a Galaxi S (android) and i am looking for it.
can someone help me

Not possible on multiple levels because you will never know the IMEI of the other person’s device and the only one that can track your phone via IMEI is the operator that can do inaccurate triangulation using the proximity of the device to the surrounding cell towers. Why do you want to know this anyway? You must be up to no good.
