A Problem in Windows 7 !

I Have no idea what happened that the bar which shows the space on disks in no in the place it should be !
look at the pics ! i mean those blue bars are not near the icons and they are at the bottom of the page !
what can i do ? whats the solution ?!
Not sure what your talking about, also you need to use an allowed image host (like imageshack or lulzimg).
