Can I Password Protect Files?

So..
Someone is getting my password.
is there a way I can lock/ password protect/ block files or anything else once logged on?
Or is there a program that will do this..?

just change it to something only you know,
run a spyware/virus check to see if maybe you have a keylogger.

I HAVE to give someone my administrative password to log on to my computer.

You can do two things:
1. Copy all the important/personal data in a portable Hard Disk.
2. Put all the personal data in a folder and use Folder Lock to password protect the folder .

Yes use Folder Lock…..
so you have to give someone your admistritive password
