Need help with windows

Well it goes like this,
Every time I go into the control panel I get this wonderful warning.
this is a spite file,it has been repaired by trojan ender,
would you please to visit our web site for more information about trojan ender.
yes , no yes = a redirect to want to buy this web page
no just closes the warning.
The best part there not available for any support.
Yes my system is fast as all get out now. But I think the cure is worse than the disease. As I no longer have any control of my system at all.
Wont even let me roll it back looks like its time to bust out the old hard drive and do a restart wipe partition and start over.
Unless there is someone out there that can help me bust this little stinker out of my system files.

option 1 best backup everything format your pc .
option 2 get antivirus and hijackthis and clean the computer.

thanks for the intel needed a fresh perspective i shall attempt option 2 first as i have my old hard drive in a bag right next to me
