Borderlands Emulator Program

alright i’m having trouble remembering this program. basically you run it and select how many players you want to emulate which results in harder enemies and better loot. it’s been bugging me ever since the new dlc came out.

also there was this one mod where you can get a bunch of pearl weapons from a chest that just spewed them out.

check the borderlands forum, the map is in there for the weapons. and the tweak your looking for only works for LAN games.
