Help me open a .dat file from streaming

Hellow all,
i have paid to see somting op pc true streaming,
u have record te file with fraps but its to big now i went to my tempory internet folder and there i find a 700mb .dat file its te movie i watch on the site,
i dont get et open with VLC, bsplayer , wmp now i have watch somting else somting smal and its agian a .dat file that i dont get open,
now i have upload that 20 mb file

which site? probabaly we will be having a tool to save it directly … like soem flv recoder..
am not sure about that dat file and i don think it will play…
