File wont sync video to audio through streaming…EVER!

I have this series of files (elfen lied btw) in various formats but they never sync up when i am streaming them to the ps3 from my server, its the only one I have a problem with, maybe i should give up but I am desperate to watch it on my TV.
Any help would be great

Do they play properly when you play them locally, i.e. on your computer?

Yea perfectly just watched it then thats why iam so mystified
