compress with winrar

i want to know how i can compress with winrar for example for a game
7Gb can i compress to 3Gb or lower ???
my specs are
1- RAM 3GB DDR3 speed:1333 overclocked to 1600
2- motherboard: ASUS P5E3 premium
3-HDD 300Gb sata
4-CPU: Q9450 2.66 overclocked to 3.20
5-VGA: EVGA 9800 GX2
6-PSU: ULTRA 1000 WATT
so why i cant high compress files ???
specs arent important for this. Winrar cant compress 6GB files to 3GB, its not possible. Games have installer packages, so they are already compressed. It will only be able to compress the un-compressed stuff i.e dll files, documentation etc The rest will remain the same size while the rest is compressed and added to the archive
