Compress Image

August 8th, 2016

I’ve more than 1000 images taken with my iPhone, image resolution is 3264×2448, size is around 2-3MB, is it possible to compress them to around 1MB as my iPhone is only 16GB version
Answer #1
…you can do that in Microsoft Image Viewer by selecting edit and then selecting compress …there are various options there to select from….see if that helps

As-is, Very unlikely. But if you resize em to a lower resolution, It’d probably help!
You could use this app:

Is there any particular reason you need to carry those 1k pics around with you
at all times? If not, Then just make your selection and keep the rest on the PC, This would be the logical thing to do.
Answer #3
yes..
transfer the to pc use Irfanview – batch conversion. Make a few tests to see what % quality works best – 80% is good for me here.
it’ll batch convert them all to whatever you tell it to.
Then transfer them back to the phone.

^ What he said….If you dont need all those pics, then send the ones you dont need to your comp and keep the rest on your iPhone!
and if you do need all those pictures on your iPhone then compress them (as said) and transfer them back to your iPhone, but in my experience you cant delete the pics later (from your iPhone) if you ever need to, you’ll have to do it through your computer, which is a bit of a hassle in my opinion.
