The file in that post is safelinked which is not working well for me atm..
No real need to safelink that kind of thing…It’s really only to try and stop copyright stuff being detected
EDIT,,,Working OK now..
Also don’t forget to follow the instructions that come with IDM and run TrashReg (Registry Trash Key Finder) A handy little reg cleaner to have.
(I just delete everything that Registry Trashfinder finds in 64 and 32 bit modes..)

The current idm 25.21 “fake serial”. went back to the previous one and it now gives the fake serial pop-up.
the links to the fix above are both dead.
anyone get the current one to work? how?
