will ip hider(or changer) can slow down your internet?

it can chage ip with using change ip button(ctrl + s)
and then i found that internet become very slow
i tried change back my original ip, it still very slow
until i decided to format, and after reformat, internet back to normal
my other pc using the same router is alright but just only my computer after using hide ip platinu then slow
can someone recognize me software that wont slow down your internet that u tested or use before??
Ya it will. i used it once it sucks. Pls uninstall it
Try using a firefox addon that hide your IP.
I used it and the internet was normal.
Only thing that is bad here that i don’t know what was the name of taht addon.

yea its called Tor. (well it changes your ip in firefox ONLY)

yeah it does mate.. using programs like that slows u down..
if i were u id uninstall it.
