I downloaded two video files that had the movie poster art intregrated into them. The file(s) then looks very similar to has they do on Netflix. I have since figured out how to do it with MP4 files.

Try running malwarebytes which you did and spybot in SAFE MODE.
You can delete a lots of things running safe mode while not much during normal boot.
