Youtube, Flagging troll.

Sorry the title is a little blunt, im trying to keep this question and story as ‘nice’ as possible.
Yesterday on my Main youtube account (not saying any names/URLS) i logged in after uploading a vidoe through-out the night and when i logged in i was sent to my ‘Account standings’ i clicked Inbox as i noticed i had about 20 inbox messages, And it sent me stright back to Account standings.
After 15 seconds a large red box opened up in the middle of the window telling me my ‘Account privledges’ have been temp disabled for 14 days pending further investigation, I take a deeper look into this and what has caused this and it turned out it was one of my Videos had been Flagged, Ironically not spam what so ever in my opinion of course. It could of been a flook, So i decided to get back on the horse and make another channel.
After my next channel was created a sent a message to all my friends and subscribers who decided to add me from my Xbox 360 friend-list and i uploaded another one of my videos, It was Modern warfare 3 gameplay with commentary – Nothing wrong with it. Within 4 hours of me uploading it. It was flagged, a Brand new account with less than 20 view video and it was flagged already How is that possible?
I’ve deleted all my subscribers and kept only those most trusted, and made another channel (uploading videos now) however i am dodging the possibility that this person who is ‘Trolling’ and ‘Flagging’ my videos is more than likely going to get my main account banned.
According to Youtube, If your account gets more than ‘Three Strikes, You’re account is Permanently disabled, and you lose the ability of creating more accounts.”
Strike = Flagged.
I’ve had my account got 5 years and been making videos for 3, i have a expensive setup of TV’s, HD-PVR, Great rendering PC, Gaming PC, Xbox 360 Slim/Kinect.
Also, i have Appealed my videos (awaiting response, if i even get one) i’ve sent in a Counter-claim response (waiting response, again, even i fi get one)
So after that large read my Warez family, Heres the question
What do i do next, & How can i stop this from happening again?

There are alternatives to youtube you know? Some of em are not as hardcore about copyright/flagging.

Wait for the reply from youtube, and don’t upload anything else there ?

Simply appeal the flagging, I’m sure Google will understand.
Ask them what to do in this situation, I’m sure they deal with it on a daily basis.
