xBox 360 Play unreleased game

Hello,
I have a question, Prototype will be released in North America on 9 June, but I live in Europe.
Can I play it on 9 June without getting banned?

Make sure the copy is secure using ABGX, then if you want to play it before release I suggest you don’t use your HDD and that you have your network connection physically disconnected.
And before you plug in your HDD and network back in, reset the 360 whilst holding the sync button until the dashboard is fully loaded to delete all the internal logs.
This way you will be 100% safe, but TBH, I doubt it’s worth the hassle…

Im pretty sure you would. I mean microsoft isnt stupid. They know from where your playing and when its getting released. So just wait bro. You dont die. or disconnect from live and dont connect back until it releases or you will get banned..

Idk…In Kuwait, Xbox/PS3 games out out 3-5 days before release date and I buy them original and play them (Games such as Resident Evil 5, GodFather 2 and Prototype )…
Been doing this for a while too and nothing happened.
