xbox 360 live ban question
August 7th, 2016
If you try to play copied games on Xbox Live…you run the risk of being banned…
If you want to play your backup games whilst connected to xbox live you run the risk of being banned. You cannot be banned unless you are connected to xbox live. If you are banned nothing will happen to your xbox live gamertag. You are banned from connecting to the xbox live service using that system. The ban does not stop you from playing your backup games, it just stops you from connecting to xbox live. If you wish to continue using xbox live you will need to buy a new xbox. If you decide to buy a new xbox you can recover your old gamertag and continue to use the same account to play xbox live.
I hope this answers your question
looks like your xbox 360 has a mod chip. That means no xbox live for you buddy.

MS can still tell what firmware you are running so you do have a chance of getting caught as long as your console is connected to live.
