WoW at 25 fps ?!? URGENT

Hey,
i just started play world of warcraft again after 2- 3 years.
now here is my problem
when i put the settings to high i run on 5 fps
when i put it on low and put it in windowd than it runs max 25- 30
just what the fu**
here are my specs
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.89GHz
6.0GM RAM ddr3 3x2GB
Nvidia GeFore 210
i know the grapic’s card is not good but low and 25 fps ?

i tought i would only use it for movies but here i am now playing wow because some friends talked me into it again
i play games like mw3 bf3 on the xbox so i never tought i needed something big

Did you update to the latest drivers…?
Damn, such a nice rig.. but such a shitty card

just checked and all that had to be updated are
Chipset
Network driver
Audio
Grapics card
doing that now
