Winrar sfx with 7zip need help

im looking for some install maker that would create the install like in winrar
Hide All (Silent mode)
Overwrite all
with these settings

what command couldi use to ShellExecute the .exe ? so that itis hiden(slent)
i mean fromo ther program to run it with argument
