winrar help!

i have unistalled winrar and installed a fresh full version…..
never had this problem occur until i started using new computer….
tried all security on and off but same result…
please help with some advice on what i might be doing wrong… thank you in advance
As it says. The file is corrupt. Redownload, or ask the uploader to verify.
Most of the time, if there aren’t other people complaining about the upload being bad, redownloading the bad part(s) of the archive will fix the problem. Many times, you can also check the “keep broken files” and there may be something small like a skip in the video at the corrupt spot, but that’s about it. Personally, I’d redownload the file unless it’s a huge pain.
